Love the essays. The little quirks in life the author brings to life. Always read when I am feeling blue because it brings a smile to my face.

Though i enjoyed essays by both women, thebekder Scottoline speaks my language--craxy life with humor. A laugh riot all the way through, with a bit of heart-tugging mixed in for good measure.

Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's press for an early copy of this book for review!

Another fun and exciting collection of stories from Lisa Scottoline and Francesca Serritella. It was a quirky set of stories and I learned in this book that "quirky means adorable."

I waited a few days to start this one because I knew once I started I would want to continue to read just one more and I would get nothing else done. And that was true. I read the entire collection in just two sittings.

Lisa and Francesca talk about everything from air conditioning and home repair to Lady Gaga and watercolors to dogs...and cats..and snakes...and horses. This book has something for everyone to enjoy. There are many laugh out loud moments, a few sad stories, and plenty of times where I can see myself if similar situations.

I recommend this book to everyone!

I have read all of Lisa and Francesca's books and have loved every one of them. They really "get" women and mom's and the mundane lives of us all. They literally make me laugh out loud.

Lisa Scottoline and her adult daughter Francesca Serritella reveal their year of mother-daughter, real life moments in this latest in their series and it is all good clean fun with a touch of sadness as the situation warrants.
This is a book to savor, though you want to rush through to see what they have come up with next. From make-up to dogs, colonoscopy kits to carb consumption, each 'tale' brings a smile or a tear.
I love the reminiscing of Philadelphia-based Lisa and the young single NYC life of Francesca.
Now I have to wait until I can buy this in audio book - they do the audio books themselves! I will be listening with the AC on and tears of laughter running down my face.

I have read all the books in this series, and I See Life Through Rose-Colored Glasses certainly doesn't disappoint. Scottoline's and Seritella's charm shine through on each page, making it a wonderful read that is very relatable.

I received this book free from NetGalley in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Scottoline and Serritella have done it again with their newest collection of essays titled "I see Life Through Rośe-Colored Glasses." I've yet to be disappointed by anything produced by this dynamic mother/daughter team. Mostly, you will find yourself laughing and nodding along. A few sad parts sneak through, like the pain of losing a pet. I found myself relating to every story shared. Treat yourself to this wonderful read- you will not regret it!
I received an advanced digital copy of this book from Netgalley and St. Martin's Press in exchange for my fair and honest review. #netgalley
