Description
TODAY, we hear a lot about the "BULLY", but who are those people that suffer, tolerate or are affected by another person's aggressive, manipulative or diminishing behaviour. Not everybody is affected by a BULLY.
I would like to introduce the term CO-BULLY, the person who is affected by another person's bullying behaviour and give a voice, support and awareness to them. This book will help the co-bully as it clearly sets out and explains their role which hopefully will create awareness to self-empowerment. YOU don't have to accept any inappropriate behaviour towards you as the "norm". This book gives the reader the vocabulary skills to express it, the ability to articulate it and the understanding to process what is actually happening to them.
This book would also like the reader to find their UNIQUE AND TRUE EXPRESSION and to know you can change your conditioned belief system if it is not serving you well.
A healthy relationship or environment would not put YOU in a position of fear or dis-empowerment.
unless YOU think they have.Holding that thought is what lessens YOU.

This is an in-depth book from start of childhood to adult and covers how from childhood we are kind of set up to encounter these kinds of bullies. This is an enlightening book that makes a lot of sense and shows you how to deal with bullies, how you know someone is bullying you, and what to do about it. The Author explores all different relationships. With all the bullying today, you need these tips. This is an outstanding book, should be in schools, just saying. Without this book I wouldn't have known that I was being bullied by a neighbor. Thank you for opening my eyes.
Thank you Net Gallery, BooksGoSocial, and Judith Carmody for this book.

can't find this book on Good Reads, however I will send copy of my review to Net Gallery and Amazon.
What a fantastic book on what it means to enable a bully. We all know someone we have enabled at some point in time. This book points out the specific aspects of how to recognize a bully and how to remove yourself from the bully sphere. Even though this is an adult topic I think it would be a great read for an advanced high school teen.
