Have you ever worked for someone who leaves you drained or has you wondering if they are authentic? Chances are that person is not a life-giving leader. Tyler Reagin he’s outlined what it looks like to be a life giving leader in todays culture.
Through strong biblical insight and personal stories Tyler reveals to readers what it takes to walk into this role, and how to maintain it. The life-giving leader is one who gives health and creates an atmosphere of empowerment and confidence everywhere they go.
Within this book there is a great deal of time spent revealing the importance of identity based leadership, and over coming the false teaching that certain personalities are doomed to fail. As an introvert this is so empowering as it is often believed the extrovert is the stronger leader and introverts are better behind the scenes. Reagin reveals how God used his identity and personality to lead in many areas, and teaches how we are all unique for an incredible purpose.
If you are a pastor, charity leader, or involved in ministry in any capacity this is a book that should be considered a must read. Though not a leadership manual as we know it this book has more potential to influence leadership on any level than many others on book shelves today.
The Life giving leader is enjoyable and in-depth and will be welcome addition to your library.
