This is one of the simplest and most useful book I have read on personal finance. The author sticks to the most pertinent topics, and provides just enough details so that readers can decide what actions they should take. In addition the graphics provide a handy way to review key takeaways.
The gifted high schoolers that I teach would benefit greatly from this book. They are hungry for real-world knowledge, which this book explains in a very readable way. It goes beyond the basics to consider additional factors, such as the impacts of a longer commute after buying a house further away from work, and how things like fines and fees influence our behavior. Even though I already knew some of what was in this book, I enjoyed reading it, especially the studies of behavior!
This is an informative guide on how to boost your own financial health. it is full of simple and easy to follow directions and is perfect for people who are starting from scratch in terms of taking control of their finances and those with a bit of knowledge.
Great advice for those of us that struggle with financial decisions and planning. The advice was easy to follow. Highly recommend!
A simple and practical book on personal finance and one that every reader would enjoy.
Thank you Netgalley for the eARC, personally, I enjoyed the insight on friction and how when spending money's made easy say by electronic transactions, then it becomes difficult to keep track of finances.
