As a mother, you wear a lot of hats. There is the mommy hat, the employee hat, the friend hat, the disciplinarian hat- you have to juggle raising your children, keeping a roof over your heads, doing your job, managing a home, all while remaining happy, holy, and healthy for the benefit of your children. It's definitely not easy to find balance. I am a single mother and had been really struggling for quite some time, until Ms. Judy H. Wright entered into my life and taught me some invaluable lessons.
Now, when I say, "entered into my life," I do not mean physically. She communicated to me on a very personal level, without ever seeing me face to face. Do not be alarmed, I am not implying that Wright is a woman who has magical powers and can wave her hands from afar and fix a life. But I am implying that she is even more special and powerful than that! She gives you the tools to achieve balance in all areas of life, and molds you into the bounce back person you can be with her book, "Out Of Balance? Be a Bounce Back Person".
I was having a great deal of trouble financially, early last year, while going through a bankruptcy. I became so unbalanced and with my two precious mouths to feed, it became near impossible to keep it all straight. A very close friend and mentor had come across Wright's book and gave it to me as a gift- and what a gift it was! I am not suggesting that all of my problems were solved instantly, but I am suggesting that any parent out there should give this book a careful read. It helped me work on my own self-esteem so that I can be there for my babies. As Wright says, "events are temporary," and that they are. I learned from her that although lousy things happen, they do not last forever, and balance truly is achievable. I am so much more at peace and my family has never been happier. I can, 'bounce back,' from anything, thanks to Ms. Judy H. Wright.

I enjoyed this self help book. Everyone should have one. Life skills are something we tend to pick up along the way but there was plenty more to learn in Wright’s book. A great help for anyone needing to bounce back., or to build on your life skills bank for a later date. With thanks to NetGalley and publisher for a digital copy in exchange for an honest review.
I have not read many self-help books and this one i rather enjoyed. While the writing was easy to digest and the tips would be reasonable easy to put into practice ...i believe it would still require a lot of personal motivation and a positive attitude. however as one of only a handful of self-help books i have read - all in all i found this book rather interesting.
