Description
Life just got a whole lot more complicated…
Della is the perfect student. Hardworking, intelligent and hoping to make something of herself one day.
But when she finds herself needing to move house, it seems that everything is conspiring against her. The only place she can afford seems too good to be true – her own room, close to campus, reasonable rent… the only catch? Her housemates are all men. And they are all cowboys.
Knowing her parents would disapprove but wanting to make her own decisions, Della decides to stay. And soon, finds that great friends can come from unexpected places…as can love, too.

If your looking for a college based book about finding true love this book is for you, if you looking for steamy erotic romance you will not find it here and that’s what I love about this book. Just a little bit and not over doing it. Hard to write reviews with out spoiling anything
I gave this a five star and believe it or not, I almost didn't finish it! Della came off as insanely immature and naive, I thought she was just too much - in a bad way. But Easton intrigued me enough to keep going. Once you see Della more as Quirky it's a lot better. There was so much other stuff that started happening besides the relationship, it totally turned around for me. So much so that I was actually bummed when it was over. I even caught myself tearing up at one point. What a perfect sweet ending too. I really enjoyed it
