Description
You think you know the world of magical boarding schools? Not from a teacher’s perspective at a school for at-risk youth. Clarissa Lawrence lives in a world of talking unicorns, djinn who grant wishes, and sirens who seduce with their voice. But not all magic is rainbows and sunshine. Magic comes with a price, every favor requires one in return, and bargaining with a Fae might cost a witch her soul. It was bad enough when the Raven Queen wanted to snatch Clarissa and use her for her unique magical powers. Now that Clarissa has been drained of magic, the Raven Court should have lost interest in her. Yet, not only do they persist, but Clarissa has attracted the attention of other Fae houses. Clarissa needs to regain her powers to protect herself and her students, but if she does, she might be leaping out of the cauldron and into the fire. When assistance comes in the form of a handsome Fae prince of the Silver Court, Clarissa doesn’t know if the favor is a blessing or a curse. If she accepts help from a Fae enemy to solve her problems, she might lose her soul in the process. If she doesn’t, Clarissa and her students might end up dead.
A Note From the Publisher
A few of her favorite things include: gluten-free brownies (not necessarily glutton-free), Star Trek, steampunk aesthetics, fairies, Severus Snape, Captain Jack Sparrow and Mr. Darcy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clarissa must be one of the greatest characters ever. By Crystal Crossings on October 14, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition Clarissa must be one of the greatest characters ever always getting into some kind of trouble Womby’s would be nothing without her. What I like about each book has been the humor and the interaction between the characters Ms. Dorie is exceptional in the way she conveys the events in the story. This one has a kidnapping and a date with a Fae or my so much going on. There is just one more thing there is a tiny bit of kink in this one so gang enjoy. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it. 4.0 out of 5 stars Love, Hate and Magic By Barbara Harden on October 6, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition Stories just keep getting better in the Womby School of Magic. Now that our favorite teacher has lost her magic life has become hard to defend herself from the evils meant to hurt her especially. Now she has a Fae Prince who is interested in her, but will it be safe for her. Read and see. 5.0 out of 5 stars Book 8 in the Womby's School for Wayward Witches Series By Norma Sullivan on October 11, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition Golems, Fae Princes, magical duels, what do they all have in common? Clarissa! Our magicless Witchkin is kidnapped by a golem, is going on a date with a Fae (Prince Elric of the Silver Court), and fought over by Prince Elric and Mr. Thatch. Another enjoyable read by Sarina Dorie. The story moves along well, has great characters and is a fun read. I received an early copy of this book and voluntarily give this review. 5.0 out of 5 stars Clarissa's further adventures as a witchkin without magic, but having a powerful affinity By Hutchmire on October 11, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition I've really enjoyed this series. It is filled with humor, wonderful characters, witty dialog, and interesting situations. It would be best to start with Book 1, and read them in order. A lot of background and character development is in them that will greatly enhance the enjoyment of this book. Plus they are quite enjoyable on their own! Clarissa is still attracted to Derrick, hoping to cure him of the Raven Queen's magic. She still has very mixed emotions about Felix Thatch, oscillating between love and hate. Now she is being courted(!) by a powerful Fae, Elric, Prince of the Silver Court, who seems to love her for her own unmagical, but artistic, self. Who will finally win her heart? 5.0 out of 5 stars Love, Hate, and Magic, Plus So Much More By Valerie L. on October 10, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition I loved loved loved this book as well as this series. I couldn't put it down, Clarissa is always getting herself in so much trouble and all she wants is to be loved and to be a powerful witch. I can't wait for Book 9 to see what Clarissa gets herself into and to see what Thatch is going to so to save her from herself.
Marketing Plan
I am using AMS and Facebook ads. I have sales planned periodically, which always help boost sales of other books in the series. My newsletter has been a good resource for when I publish a new book, so I will continue to do that. I use social media but it isn’t as effective as my newsletter. I am going to a conference soon to learn new things about my advertising and will apply some of those techniques. So far one of my biggest ways of generating revenue has been releasing another book in the series.
