A short quick read about practical changes to improve your family life.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author. All opinions are my own.

I really enjoyed the premise of this book but the large watermark on each page made it very difficult to read, I know it is a galley but I was so distracted it was hard to follow. Love the premise, will definitely purchase and read the physical copy.

The short chapters are focused on very approachable, realistic (truly small and meaningful) changes or the family. The book was well laid out with an explanation of the change, research that supports its impact on individual and family, and actionable steps to achieve these changes over time. Mild complaint was that I think the book might have benefited to be edited down to smaller amount of changes. I like the weekly intention, but many changes became redundant (eat the rainbow, eat local, avoid additives, avoid excess sugar, improve the medicine cabinet AKA use more homeopathic methods).
