Like most self help books, this one starts out with what's key and that's acknowledging that to see the change, you've got to take charge.
It's what I'd call a light read and something you can pick up and build upon as you read along, which makes it a great companion in facing and overcoming your fear.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
