Description
A FAST-PACED PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER!
A serial killer is targeting New York’s Fashion elite. And each victim is linked to Len St. Michel, a designer on the brink of a make-or-break comeback.
Leading the murder investigation is Mario Corso, a New York native with the accent and hard exterior to prove it. Len’s attraction to the handsome detective is as irresistible as his compulsion to visit Volupté, a high-end sex club where he acts out his fantasies to a dangerous degree.
As Len pushes himself to heights of creativity and depths of degradation, he partners up with a new muse and model, Lilly Rose, whose innocence and beauty inspire him to greatness.
With Fashion Week approaching, and the Seventh Avenue Slasher closing in, Len will risk everything to land the cover of Vogue, even if it means ending up a murder headline on the Daily News.

This is the first book I've read from the author and it's clear she's not new to the game.
I found myself riveted to the pages, turning them at breakneck speed. I was sure, until the last 10%, this was going to be a 5-star-read, and then it all fell apart (at least for me).
The story is told mostly from Len's point-of-view. He's a complex man. I liked the inclusion of his visit to the club. I didn't like that safewords went ignore, but, sadly, I guess it happens.
It's not a light read, people die. The who and why is what's most at stake here. The reveal was so wacky it absolutely killed the story for me.
I turned the last page asking myself wtf? And not because I was blown away, it just seemed absolutely ridiculous...so many questions, ut none I can voice without posting huge spoilers.
Others might feel differently, and I hope they do. It might help me see the ending in a different light.
Although this is far from a M/M romance, I've tagged it as M/M due to the main character being gay.
This was an excellent novel that drew me in. The storyline was well developed and the characters were sympathetic and realistic.
This is the first novel I have read from the author and I was riveted from the first pages. It kept me guessing from the outset and loved every moment. Thanks to the publisher and netgalley for the arc.
LOVED this book, it is fun, fast paced, sexy, original and a very good thriller. A serial killer, drugs, sex and fashion. The central character is wonderful, they are all believable and the book is well written. Excellent!
I must say this was a bit weird and special and not what I thought it would be... but I liked it.
Well written, for adults....
Interesting from start to finish. It kept me turning the pages. Not boring.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC of this book. This is my honest review. All opinions are my own.
I read this during Fashion Week here in London and looking at the designs and styles was the perfect backdrop to reading this murder mystery.
We have new designers popping and old well established ones not quite managing to reach the zeitgeist of the era and year. It is a very competitive world and murders in amongst the designers and fashion world are good fodder for authors.
This story was well paced and intriguing and fitted right into my other reading as I looked what hemlines were doing, what fabrics and colours were in and whether anyone was really working on being sustainable - even if the fashion bloggers and reviewers had signed up not buy anything new this month!
The book has been very well structured and the plot is traceable and very interesting. The characters seem very authentic and realistic to me.
