This book does a really good job of talking about some difficult and confusing topics in a very easy to understand way. Self Help books can be either too wordy or "too cool". This book does a good job of being neither. They language is great and fun. The quotes and outside research are not too overwhelming. Great job on doing this. It can be hard. I really enjoyed this book. The sections and chapters are great. I was happy to see something on stoicism! I don't see this topic in many self help books! It's a way I try to live so it's refreshing to see in a modern approach to self help.
