I recently received this book and was excited about it as I have been on the ketogenic diet for 10 months now. It is always exciting to get new meal plans as I tend to make the same meals over and over again. This cook book offers so many great east keto meals that I can do ahead of time (meal prep) or last minute on a weeknight. I highly recommend this book.

Ohhhh, I'm really excited to try these! I love the simplicity of the pictured (meal plate) charts. A lot of these recipes sounds good. I was a fan of Aaron's Keto Sweet Tooth Cookbook, so I'm sure these are just as good. I do love the idea of meal prepping for the week. Saves time in the evenings if nothing is planned or short on time.
