This was a great collection of short stories. Some were really far fetched with the plot, but were still enjoyable to read. I have been reading more short stories lately and enjoyed this collection.
Short and shorter pieces, really enjoyable pieces. LIttle stories, lots of information in a small amount of space.
Some are eerie, some sad, there is a poignant undertone to most of these stories.
A quick read, and one that you can pick up and put down which is nice.
I did really appreciate the variety of the pieces, from really short to much longer.
Flash fiction is always fun to read. In a couple of pages they set up the story and shock you with the ending. If you haven't read any before, this collection is a good sampling for you.
BooksGoSocial and Net Galley let me read this book for review (thank you). It has already been published so you can get a copy now.
The first story has magic in it and it's a short story. It was also an interesting read. Some stories are fantasy, some are ghost stories and most are short enough you need to pay attention or you'll miss the plot. There is enough variety in the story lines to keep your attention. All the stories were worth reading.
If you like anthologies, give this one a try. The author has a good imagination.
