As a guy who could probably take better care of himself, I really appreciated this book. It was a great reminder that self-care isn't inherently selfish or indulgent but a way to make sure you're functioning your best and have the energy to help others. Plus, it had a ton of practical tips on how to make self-care a bigger part of your life.
