I really enjoyed this book, and as I read through the author’s thoughts on writing the book, I have to say I am glad she did and glad she published it. Mindset and spirituality are lifelong quests and just like daily teeth-brushing, it is something I have to practice daily. It isn’t always easy, but this book puts things in perspective. I like how it fits for different belief systems and gives great framework and guidelines on changing your thought patterns, being a better person, offering the world your goodness, and keeping a positive mindset. Following a spirit-filled life is so personal for everyone, and I love how she shares her story. And it’s not just a story, but offers tips, guidelines, recommendations, and exercises to find your own spiritual path and to let go of limiting beliefs. I urge everyone who has fears or doubts to read this with an open mind, and highly recommend this story. Thank you to the author, publisher, and to Netgalley for allowing me to read and review this book. As someone who has read many books of this type over the years, I have to say this is one of the best. It is full of gems and is definitely a keeper. One I will go back to again and again.
This is another spiritual self help book which was very heartening to read. Unfortunately, particularly in today's very difficult climate, people are struggling in a very difficult way which is dramatically affecting their work, that is if they have any, family, health, freedom and future. These kind of books do help you to cope a little better but at the end of the day they don't provide a door out of your difficult life but make it a little less stressful. if you are experiencing emotional issues that can be improved with a self help book then this is a good one but otherwise it won't solve your problems no matter how much you want it to.
