Advanced Reader Copy provided by Words&Pictures via Netgalley
This edition of Alice In Wonderland is a very short version of the story for children that are toddlers. This book is 7 pages long (14 if you're counting both sides even if there aren't words on that side) so it's fairly short, about as long as a toddler would pay attention to a book which is nice. The illustrations were really interesting and in a style I enjoyed and I think children would too. Since this was a digital ARC I can't speak on how it looks in person but I LOVED the die-cut pages and how they are layered, most children I've worked with find these types of books very intriguing. For the age this is made for I think this is a really nice edition and would definitely recommend to those with smaller children and those that are a fan of the movie and want a cute version.

A nice little summary of Alice in Wonderland adapted for little children with great illustrations. It would make a great gift for a toddler.

The book is a little too abridged for my tastes, but the illustrations are incredible. I wish that there were more of both words and pictures. The words don't really make the story sound very appealing, and the pictures are so wonderful that there needs to be more of them.

This is a great rendition of Alice in wonderland for young children. I reviewed an e copy, but the concept of the die-cut pages looks so fascinating. I could tell how each page progessed with the previous & future pages as backdrops. I would love to see this book in person to get the full experience.

Absolutely adore the art, and our store has been doing quite well with this format of book lately. They look a little weird on the shelf, but are perfect right on top.

This is a board book for young children where each curvy line you see in the illustrated cover represents a page that has been customly die cut to a specific shape, with each page progressively larger as the story of Alice unfolds.

Of course, this is not the Alice in Wonderland as written by Lewis Carroll, because it’s aimed at very young children, but it shares the essence of the story. Beyond that, the illustrated pages are extremely creative, colourful and sure to be enjoyed by children - and probably a few parents, as well. I love the way each page changes shape, and the illustrations have been customized to fit the shape. I thought the page with the Cheshire Cat was especially creative. Most of all, I love how many wonderful books like this are being created for the youngest readers, the best way to instill a love of reading in little ones is to make reading, or being read to, fun.

This was a condensed version of the children’s classic that did a good job at narrowing down the odd plot. The illustrations were colorful and bright, and would be sure to draw the attention of young readers. The story ended a little abruptly, but it was still an enjoyable read overall.

Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my favourite books and I love how this book sums up Alice in Wonderland for young readers. The way the pages go from small to large as you go through is so aesthetically pleasing and will definitely make this book intriguing for readers. I also love how there is a clue about what the next page will be about. This book would be excellent for introducing and teaching about predictions to young readers.

We are obsessed. I downloaded these gorgeous layered titles as soon as I was approved and read them to my little girl immediately, I know we will be adding them to our bookshelves as soon as they're available. Bright, bold colors of gorgeous illustrations with a quick, condensed version of Alice in the Wonderland made for an enchanting story!

A few pages long, and some easy sentences to read by a toddler brought us to Alice's land of fantasy. Everybody knows Alice's story, but this one is easy to read, with a board book format that is interesting for kids. Approaching Christmas, the book might be a good idea of gift.

Absolutely beautiful and fun board book version of Alice In Wonderland. I love the cutout areas and how they are used between the pages. This will definitely become one of my go-to baby and toddler gifts. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher Quarto for my digital review copy.

This was such a cute compact version of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Being an avid Alice fan and a preschool teacher, I was very interested in checking this book out for my kids. I believe that this would be a very good way of introducing the story of Alice to young children, especially preschoolers. I know my group of three to five-year-olds would enjoy the story and also the design of the book overall. Also, I love the illustrations in this book and how they were designed along with the book's overall shape. I will definitely be picking up my own copy of the book for my library.
