“Calming the Bipolar Storm” is an incredibly valuable and detailed read for anyone who has bipolar disorder or wants to understand bipolar disorder. The author includes a lot of great and up-to-date information about medications and treatments. There are also chapters about what bipolar disorder is, what causes bipolar disorder, pregnancy while bipolar, suicide, secondary mania, and more. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a greater understanding of bipolar disorder and how it can be treated.
