Description
For the past seven years, straight-laced Sable Stephenson has been dedicated to her studies, leaving little time for pleasure. Even with graduation in sight, her drive begins to falter, so she accepts a friend's suggestion for a carefree Spring Break to clear the cobwebs. A little dancing, a few drinks...she'd be back on track in no time. But falling for sexy club owner Tomas Mancini isn't part of the deal. He's fourteen years her senior and a Dom, yet he arouses fantasies she's never even dreamed of. One night of passion turns to more, and Sable must decide if she can handle the kink in her plans for the future or if it will lead her down the perfect path.

Hot!
Age doesn’t matter; length of relationship doesn’t matter....when you know, you know.
I voluntarily read an advanced copy.
This is an erotic short story, and this is the second book in the Awakened Desires series. I have to say there was so much put into these 79 pages. This book as short quick storyline that was well written, but there was hot and steamy moments in this book. The characters was good, but not great. If you are looking for a super steamy and hot book then you should pick this book up. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (The Wild Rose Press) or author (Laura M. Baird) via NetGalley, so I can give honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.
A spicy fast paced book Fantasies Abound by Laura M Baird. A new to me author that I will be checking out
more books by. If you enjoy reading short books with a very hot storyline this one is for you.
This is a short read with a lot of sex but not much plot. The story is over before you can get a sense of the characters or what they love about each other besides the sexual chemistry. The language was also over the top and they used each other’s names way too much. If you want a quick, feelgood read with insta-love and lots of steam, this is the book for you. Just don’t expect much more than that.
Fantasies Abound is quite a quick read. It is the second in a series and while it works as a stand-alone novel, it's clear that our heroine has already met the hero in the first book. Although I think that the first book does tell a different couple's story.
As I mentioned, the story is quite short. We do get plenty of physical action between Sable and Tomas, but there's not really anything deeper than that. That is to say, they certainly say that their feelings and emotions go much deeper than that, but we don't really see it. Tomas is very overbearing and if this were real then you'd be running away as fast as you could. For escapism in a book, it works.
If you're looking for a quick, hot read that doesn't need too much grey matter or emotional investment, then this might just be perfect.
I received a complimentary copy of this book through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
This is the second book in the series but it can be read as a stand-alone. Sable has been dedicated to her studies and just about to graduate. She decides to go on Spring Break with a friend and there she meets Tomas, a sexy club owner and dominant. They share a steamy night but want more, will Sable’s dreams for her future change in a heartbeat? Fast-paced read with lots of drama, steam and emotion. Great characters with lots of depth and an entertaining story. I liked it.
I received a complimentary copy of Fantasies Abound in exchange for an honest review. Short, sweet, and exactly what the description described.
An erotic yet intriguing novel which is sure to tickle the fancy of readers, enabling them to get lost in the storyline of the novel. Certainly a must read and highly recommend it.
An intriguing storyline featuring Sable who has no time for anything except her schooling. Add in a little heat in the form of Tomas and she's in for the thrill of her life. A very heated and enjoyable story.
Sable lost her inspiration to study. So she was glad to take some break from her study and having fun with her bestfriend, Devyn. They went to Fantasy, a BDSM club owned by Tomas and Anthony, Devyn's boyfriend. Tomas and Sable was attracted to each other which led them to spend the night at Tomas's place. But Tomas was not ready to let her go yet. Or ever. He spent the day after their amazing night on his boat with Sable and asked her for a relationship with him. They both fell for each other in such a short amount of time. Aw!
This book has lots of steamy moments and nope, they are not BDSM type moments. All the boat scene was reminding me of 'Fifty Shades Darker' as well as the song 'I don't wanna live forever' by Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik. Happy memories! Also, this book was giving me kinda historical romance vibe. Must be the writing style. Not that I'm complaining. I liked this book. A light read for me.

Review:
Short, sweet and wildly erotic, Fantasies Abound is the perfect steamy escape when you’re stuck in a book slump!
A little bit of insta-love but cute enough for me to carry on. Tomas and Sable are a lovely couple and considering he owns a bdsm club, the sexual encounters were not solely focused on that lifestyle. He encourages and pushes Sable to her limits whilst always respecting her.
A must read for erotic romance lovers!
