Description
Baker Kris Kringles sends snickerdoodles from North Pole, Alaska, across the globe, spreading holiday cheer like confetti. But she has a secret not dusted with sugar, and an incentive to speak with a slick journalist that isn't half-baked.
Reporter Santos Kloss hates Christmas. How could he not, with a name that makes him the butt of endless holiday jokes? He's got one last assignment to complete before he can begin a new chapter in his life, so he grits his teeth, grabs a parka, and heads to Christmas central.
Both expect the interview to be a snap, but a snowstorm, insistent sisters, and a little holiday magic have very different ideas!

This is a short, sweet novella with lots of holiday spirit. Set in North Pole, AK, there is a definite sense of place...but it's certainly not the place our hero wants to be! That changes quickly when he meets the pretty cookie baker he's been dispatched to interview.
There's an element of the supernatural and strong family ties for both characters, so the story offers a little more than your typical light rom-com. This would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a good-hearted, slightly spicy but mostly clean festive romance!
Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!
Interesting Christmas novella. Kris makes Christmas cookies and sends them all over the world. The famous cookies from North Pole, Alaska sends reporter Santos to find out who's behind the treats. However, he's hated Christmas for years and now finds himself in the middle of Christmas central.
It was a cute tale, but I expected more from it. The characters start out interesting, but the romance and character development are lacking.
