The Great Christmas Jelly Cookie Hunt is a novella in the Christmas Cookies series.
Gina is trying to have one last holiday at the family home with her sister Emma. She wants to make a cookie that was a big part of their childhood but can not find her grandmothers recipe anywhere.
Strange things start to happen in the house, and they know they need to solve the mystery.
This was a short fun novella to read. I enjoyed it.
Thank you NetGalley, Rena Leith and The Wild Rose Press, Inc for the copy. This is my personal review.
A little seemingly magical help goes a long way towards making a Merry Christmas for the St. Ives family. I really liked the characters in this story. Well, Elliott not so much. The Christmas jelly cookie sounds delicious. Rena Leith's The Great Christmas Jelly Cookie Hunt is part of the Christmas Cookies releases. Fun read!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was short but still managed to have a good story line with interesting characters. I definitely would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christmas romances.
The Great Christmas Jelly Cookie Hunt in itself the book is very unique, interesting, fast paced, hard to put down book which is not suitable for fast readers. The story shows that some women do not like the unexpected occurrences or visitors as it is surprises them. A demonstration on how some siblings who do not get along well and some that do. It’s good to see that Gina accepts the unexpected guest and wishes her brother informed her that he was bringing someone else as Donal is all alone for Christmas. In a way that it’s fate that Donal is visiting as maybe he can show Gina how to love and believe in the Irish supernatural. The book has funny moments, can have teary moments or even moments where you just want to yell out certain things towards the characters. A great book for readers of Christmas romance stories, romance, humour and the supernatural.

Very nice story, I enjoyed it.
Sweet read! With a bit of Christmas magic, a broken family seeks to heal its wounds and come together in the hunt for their family's Christmas Jelly Cookie recipe. The characters are authentic and interesting, and the romance is sweet. I will enjoy reading this one every Christmas.
A cute and short holiday story. Recipes please, would have been nice. Donal comes to visit siblings of two sisters and a brother (who was a real pain). A possible romance blooming, a touch of the Irish little people, and Christmas cookies. Could have benefits with more details, but otherwise enjoyed this one. Would recommend.

Cute story about the ”Little People”. Who sees therm and who doesn’t. It was ac lightbplot./. Had great characters.
Thanks to Net Galley for sending me an advanced reader’s copy for my review.
Do you believe in Irish myths and Little Green Men? And that pot of gold that Leprechauns are supposed to have? I hope so, otherwise you might not enjoy this cosy 'mystery'.
In Ireland certain Little Men are known to undertake jobs for food - these are usually Brownies, who like cream etc. In this story it is a house protector for red currant jelly filled biscuits / cookies at xmas time. Emigrated from Ireland along with a family they require paying, but when the house owner dies, the recipe is lost. And the grandchildren who inherit squabble.
A sweet story. With a delicate romance and a lot of Irish malarky.
