After watching her young son struggle with pandemic-related anxiety and connecting with other parents whose kids were experiencing the same, Zoe Twitt realized her son was not alone. This inspired her to create the Adelaide & The Cosmic Rescue Squad picture book series. Featuring illustrations by Nicole Senior, Twitt’s adventure series introduces kids to important calming tools like meditation that will help ease their anxieties and better understand their mental health. Each book includes usable tools such as an audiobook, guided meditation, and an activity.

A Note From the Publisher

Zoe Twitt is a children’s book author from Victoria, Australia. Zoe graduated from University of Melbourne with a degree in Creative Writing and began creating children’s stories after the birth of her son Angus. He loved her stories from an early age, and sat for hours helping her to develop characters. Her children’s picture book series, Adelaide and the Cosmic Rescue Squad, includes audiobooks with calming meditations and debuts in the fall of 2023. Zoe currently lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
