Description
Leading with your values creates the ultimate impact.
At a time when culture desperately seeks to promote group identity, be the one to define who you are, in a manner that holds certainty and meaning. Jennifer Schielke, co-founder and CEO of Summit Group Solutions, shows leaders how to ignite the heart and soul of their leadership, using values as their North Star. Never has it been more critical for leaders to focus on relationships―truly connecting into their teams and bringing their full selves to their roles.
Deeply-held values have kept Summit Group Solutions strong and grounded throughout the most challenging obstacles of our time. What Schielke has discovered in her leadership is the answer to thriving in a rapidly changing world. Defining and living your values can transform your life and the life of your company.
Leading for Impact begins with the leader you are at this moment and encourages you toward excellence. Schielke walks you through how to appreciate and elevate your purpose. With her fresh perspective on sacrificial leadership, you’ll discover that serving others is a privilege and a catalyst to new successes. Embracing the servant-leader approach is the key that will create a better tomorrow in our businesses and lives.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” ~2 Timothy 4:7
Whomever you are as you start this journey, your impact is broader and deeper than you realize. Never has it been more important for us to grow in humility and celebrate generously.
“Trust yourself to find the foundation intended for you. Use it to serve your purpose well and to serve others generously.”
Be the leader to influence with integrity and lead for impact—not for your own glory and accolades, but for good stewardship over those who look to you for what is to come. Be the spark, the light, and the leader to follow.
