This book was really helpful especially dealing with kids who are neurodivergent. The author had details from start to bottom. It was confusing at times to follow along but it made sense afterwards
Who hasn't been in the hell of anxiety - he can't even understand what it is about. This book is commendable because it does not insist primarily on medication. Anxious people first of all need support and understanding for their turbulent conditions that they themselves cannot explain. I recommend the book to a wider audience because anxiety does not choose when to attack.
I wish this book had existed when I was a child! So many children are misdiagnosed or labeled as "disobedient" rather than having parents that stop and understand how their child feels. Being neurodivergent is never a bad thing, yet we are taught that something is wrong with us from a young age due to misunderstandings of how being neurodivergent operates.
This books offers insight into how to understand your child, communicate with your child, and support them in navigating the stresses of anxiety/phobias/ocd.
