It provides a roadmap to determining the future you want while truly living in the present.”Connie Martin, Director of Marketing/Communications at Providence St. Joseph Hospital

“This book is such a great read. The stories are moving, real, inspiring, funny and relatable. The encouragement to stop and think about how I can reflect on how I am, or can be, getting joy, and fulfillment in my own life is very nice. Any busy leader or individual with a fast paced life should read this book. If the author can take the time from his life as the CEO of a hospital, that is one of the largest in SoCal, to do what he has done to enjoy life more, any of us can.”Amy Daugherty, Chief Philanthropy Officer at Providence St. Joseph Hospital
