Breathe

I am in love with this book for so many reasons. Our world is filled with chaos and our little ones struggle to understand and handle big emotions. My kids love books and so the best way to include new ideas and continue them is with those books. In this wonderful story we learn ways to find calmness and to share that calmness with others. The simple text and beautiful illustrations work together to create an easy to understand and calm feeling throughout the book. We absolutely love how each page is paired with a diverse group of children and animals that learn together to be calm. I really love that the book encourages reading together as well. My son struggles with emotions and especially with learning to find calmness. This book has been amazing. It is a new family favorite. It has become our go to story for calmness and for time to cuddle and relax. Your family is going to love this treasure of a story.
