Anthony Francis is an award-winning author, an editor, a publisher, and co-founder of Thinking Ink Press. Dr. Francis has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Georgia Tech and works in deep reinforcement learning for robot navigation. He has been writing and publishing science fiction and fantasy for nearly thirty years and was the co-editor of the anthology Doorways to Extra Time.
