I have read a many of books on the loss of a pregnancy, but I would say that this one is the most thorough when it comes to examples of 'what to do' when grieving. The tools are immense, and they include simple self-care to therapeutic processes. Whoever is grieving will be able to take something away from this book either that be support, information and feeling less alone.
