I've been trying to find out how to replicate and it I am trying this recipe!!!

This was a really great cookbook and look into the differences in many Mexican dishes I've eaten in the past. I will definitely be purchasing this for the library and making a lot of these recipes.
What a great cookbook for any lover of Mexican food. The photos made me hungry, the recipes are easy to follow and will make for some great experimenting in my kitchen. This is an exciting book if you love cooking and trying new recipes and will make a great addition to mine and any food lovers cookbook collection.
Now off to try a few new recipes. I can't wait.

Just what I NEEDED! Something I’ve been regretting lately is not paying attention to my mami whenever she made salsas. Now that I don’t live at home and want some salsas, I have to struggle searching on the internet for any good ones. This book came at a perfect time. I love that it has a picture of what the salsa should look like and it comes with clear simple instructions. The ingredients are easy to spot. It even comes with cook and prep times and there’s even a spice level which is perfect. This is a well thought out book that everyone can use. This is the second cookbook I’ve seen from this author and I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Very traditional as well as authentic recipes from Mexico. Enjoyed the Spanish names with English translation underneath, keeping the recipes connected with the origins. Accompanied with vibrant photo's as well as tips and tricks for even better recipes this book is an essential saucy book for any kitchen that enjoys learning about global cuisines. I loved this book. The photos are absolutely stunning. The recipes are easy to follow. I loved all the tips in the beginning. I really can’t wait to try the spicy Mexican hot chocolate. My daughters love guacamole and now I to buy a molcajete after reading this book!
This recipe book is my little Mexican-American dream come true. I have learned to make quite a few different salsas but this book offers a plethora of information on so many kinds of salsas. I have already tried a few in here and they were fabulous. Great pictures and easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to explore the vast world of different salsas.
Who knew there were so many different styles of salsa? Not me. This book (with some wonderful and colourful pictures) has brought new ideas to my family Mexican night. The downside is, some of the ingredients aren’t readily available in the UK. The upside is, I’m pretty good at adapting. I also didn’t know what a mole sauce was until I read this book - so tasty and versatile. I pretty much know my own and my families heat tolerance when it comes to chilli, so I adjusted recipes accordingly, sort of, seeing as though I actually like quite a lot of heat. Also - spicy hot chocolate! Yummy. What a handy little recipe book. I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.
I am a salsa fanatic. For me, it's one of the main food groups and there's nothing that will ever come between me and salsa. The only problem is- I have a hard time making it. I have never been able to find the right combination of flavors to make the salsa that I crave from restaurants.
I'm very grateful that I found this book.
First of all, the recipe for homemade tortilla chips is perfect. It's simple, but it gives you the best tortilla chip instead of one that comes from a bag.
The variation of salsas in this book is almost overwhelming. I had no idea that a few of these styles existed, so it will give you weeks and weeks of trying new recipes for your favorite condiment.
The cookbook is divided into several sections, including Cooked Salsa, Fresh Salsa, and even diving into sauces for meals, such as enchilada sauce and mole.
The Salsa Taquera salsa is chef's kiss perfection. It's an excellent place to start.

The molé recipes feel more approachable than others we've done, and I'm definitely going to try more of them!

This is a beautiful cookbook! The photos are just as nice as the recipes themselves! I loved the inclusion of the tortilla chip recipe at the beginning of the book. Each recipe was easy to follow and sounds so yummy. Looking forward to making many of these salsas soon.
