This Yo-Yo trick book is sure to be a hit with our elementary students. I found the combination of line drawings and directional texts were easy to understand. The history behind the hobby of yo-yo skills is an added benefit of this book.
My son has carried a yo-yo around for years; he usually has one in his pocket. So I thought this might be a great book for him to learn some new tricks from.
The book has tricks that range from beginner to more advanced, and with 50 tricks in the book, there were plenty for him to try.
This would be nice gift for the yo-yo fan or someone starting out. Add a new yo-yo, and you have a great gift that will provide lots of entertainment for a low price.
Wow! The Yo-Yo World Trick Book is an amazing how-to for both kids and grownups! It features basics of yo-yo design, extremely informative illustrations and directions for 50 of the most popular yo-yo tricks ranging from the simple "walk the dog" to the more complicated "UFO", and even a bit of the science behind the yo-yo magic. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning how to yo-yo.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
If you are a beginner this book would be perfect for you. If you want harder more in depth tricks this is not the book for you. As intriguing as the history of the yo-yo is, I'm not really sure why it was added to a trick book.
