Description
No flirting. No kissing. And absolutely, positively, NO falling in love.
Those are Britta’s top three conditions (there are a few dozen more) when she agrees to marry Liam “Dex” Dexter, aka the top surfer in the world.
He needs American citizenship to achieve his goal of surfing in the Olympics. She needs a pile of money to buy a coffee shop and reach her dream of leaving her small hometown behind to live in LA. Britta can help Dex get his citizenship, and he’s got the money for her coffee shop. They’re a perfect match…
Just as long as they don’t give into their undeniable attraction to each other.
Which turns out to be harder than they’d planned once being married means living together and sharing a bed in order to convince the public their impromptu marriage is the real deal. With big goals and big obstacles ahead, the last thing Britta and Dex need is to get distracted by love. Their marriage is supposed to be a path to their dreams, not the thing that derails them.
When marriage doesn’t lead to their ultimate goals, Britta and Dex have to decide what takes true courage. Chasing huge dreams? Or embracing the moments of heartache that always come with lasting love?
Britta & the Beach Boy is a kisses-only, marriage-of-convenience, romantic comedy with lots of laughs, hot Australian surfers, and a few heart-tugging moments. The only steam is in the coffee, but the kisses give the story just the right amount of heat.

A delicious story that combined family, death, romance, and a whole lot more! I was morose, curious, and jubilant as I read this story about a topic I knew nothing about. But I am so glad I had the opportunity to read this! I have newfound respect for professional surfers, and renewed respect for small business owners, especially those coffee shop owners. I'm not a coffee drinker, but wish I could have gone to Britta's or Annie's and experienced what I read about.
I have to say that there were sad and unsettling parts, but they served to make the book better and the resulting changes in the character's lives richer. I couldn't put the book down!

💖Dex & Britta💖
Started off with a BANG ok…not a bang because this is closed door… but that KISS!? Then the fun banter?!? That had my attention & I could not put the book down after that. I stayed up WAY too late reading when I was just going to “check it out a lil’ before bed”
I felt such a huge range of emotions with their story and this book has so much depth. I loved their chemistry and the way they’re there for each other. It also had a lot of just fun swoonworthy moments which made me incredibly happy. I learned a lot about professional surfing too, which was fun! I’m glad this is a series & there’s going to be more books and that there is other books featuring Britta and her family for me to check out!
I absolutely LOVED this book! The characters were just so fun, and I loved their sweet story. The setting was adorable and so fun! I highly recommend this book.
Absolutely loved!! There’s not many surfing romances out there, well at least ones that I’ve seen and they’re a nice change of sport. I absolutely adore Britta and Dex!!! I loved their connection and loved seeing them grow from their past. There was some heavier topics discussed in here, like death of a parent. So if that doesn’t bother you I highly recommend this book!! It’s so swoony and romantic and I was hooked from the first wave.
