I LOVE this book! Easy meal prep is just what a stay at home mom of 8 kids needs. And to be honest the front cover of the book had me before I even read the title! I have to have a well organized fridge and this book helps with food and makes planning and prepping a dream.

Such a great and practical cookbook! It is very visually appealing and I love the way it is organized. The meal plans accommodating several different diets is great. The instructions are clear and concise. I really appreciate the inclusion of extra tips and suggestions.

I really loved this book! I loved that the author included meal plans for a variety of different diets and plans, and then provided all the recipes in the book as well. For anyone like me who struggles to meal plan or cook - this book is going to be a godsend!

This book is so aesthetically pleasing I love the neutral colours and it has a perfect layout. The pictures are lovely too

There are instructions on how to meal prep which are informative and easy to follow and it follows with lovely recipes that I can't wait to try!

Amazing meal prep book. It gives you info on best containers to use, tasty recipes, and different dietary needs. It has everything from breakfast to snacks. I recommend this book as a great intro to meal prepping or for seasoned preppers.

In the past two years, I have become even more comfortable in the kitchen, but haven't elevated my game to meal prepping. I loved how this book was laid out to talk through the basics of meal prepping and how to put in a few good hours to help save time throughout the week. Then to include recipes where these meal prep tips can be put into place was so great. This is a book that I am glad I got to read and review ahead of time, but hope to add to my kitchen library for easy reference.

I really appreciated the layout of this book, including the cohesive meal plan per dietary preference at the start of the book. The visual of the meals all mapped out made this really easy to digest and then swap in some different recipes that made more sense for me.

The snacks and sides section was my personal favorite!

I try to meal prep each week. Easy Meal Prep has new recipes that were so easy to make. I loved getting new ideas that were different from my normal recipes. The recipes were easy to read and easy to make. I loved that the book included a lot of detail on the food preparation. Overall it was a great book and one that I would recommend to my adult children.

I didn't expect to love this book as much as I did. There are so many cookbooks out there, but this one is a time saver and also full of amazing recipes. It's just what me and my partner need. We are both creating healthy eating habits, plus he needs help getting a quick meal together, and this was perfect.

This is a fantastic book for anyone learning to prep meals and wanting to do so not only to save money, but to better understand the logic behind meal prepping. The author includes a variety of menus to get readers started, including high protein, dairy free, vegetarian, gluten free, and low carb, using recipes from throughout the book. As a mostly vegan (aside from cheese and greek yogurt) eater, I found the recipes flexible where for example, in the chili recipe I could easily substitute the turkey in it for tempeh crumble, or pre-packaged vegetarian grounds. Another example are the fish tacos: if you don't eat fish you can substitute fish for vegan burgers cut into strips. Another example is the sweet potato chicken recipe where you could use jackfruit instead of chicken. The recipes in here are staple enough that you can make small tweaks to suit your needs. It's my kind of cookbook in that sense! Another highlight for me was the simplicity of the ingredients. The author talks eating clean and it's legit! You won't find complex ingredients here and I love that for readers because it makes healthy eating super accessible. Romeo's written a gem and I hope that many people read it and feel inspired to overhaul their eating habits to save money, time, and feel the gift that nourishing our bodies can be!

Easy Meal Prep by Erin Romeo has written a well worked out recipes that can be meal prepared ahead of time for those who are single, just cooking certain meals for one due to health reasons. Erin gives a list of items required for the meal prep and recipes.

This meal prep guide is exactly what I needed right now. As a college student with so much pressure to study, cooking feels like such a hassle, but this book made it so much easier. I was really happy to see plenty of vegetarian options, and they weren’t just plain salads—these recipes actually look tasty and exciting. The best part is they’re simple and don’t require hours in the kitchen, which is perfect for busy days. I’m definitely going to make a lot of these!

A great resource for mastering the art of meal prep. I have always struggled with this and now feel much more able to plan the week's meals with ease. Would make a great gift for newlyweds or singles with busy lives who could benefit from adding this important skill to their cooking toolkit.

This book has easy to follow instructions and is so well organized. I’ve struggled with meal prep books feeling disorganized so this was a huge relief to me. I love the inclusion of dairy-free, high protein, vegetarian, low-carb, and gluten free diets!! They recipes look so delicious, I can’t cook all of them right now, but I’m definitely starting with the pesto tilapia!!

I’ve been trying to find a way to make meal prep not terrifying and I think Erin Romeo hit the spot for me!! As I said before the organization of this makes so much more sense to me than books I’ve read previously. While reading through it, every time I had a question, it was answered or the answer was extremely easy to find in no time!

For more detail on how the organization worked better for me, the meal plans were all in one place, and after that ALL the recipes were listed together. The last book I read had a meal plan, then all the recipes for that plan, then another meal plan, then those recipes, and that might work better for someone else, but Erin’s organization is top-tier for me!!!!

When I saw that the book was addressing so many diet plans, I thought there was no way that they would be able to meet the needs of all those folks--dairy free, gluten free, high protein, vegetarian, etc. I was pleasantly surprised! By keeping it simple and providing a sample week with repeating dishes Romeo is able to provide a starting point for anyone wanting to start meal prepping, including family dinners, packed lunches for commuters, grab and go snacks and breakfasts. Recipes don't include macros but are based on whole foods and would be easy enough to calculate. Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group – Rock Point for a digital review copy.

I absolutely loved this beginner's guide to meal prepping! It was incredibly easy to follow, making the concepts approachable for someone just starting. I gained valuable insights into batch cooking, organising meals for the week, and planning grocery lists efficiently. The tips and techniques shared in the guide have inspired me to take the plunge into meal prepping.

I’m genuinely excited to put these new skills into practice and transform how I approach cooking and nutrition. Once the paper copy is released, I plan to purchase it so I can refer back to it whenever I need it.

I’m also eager to share this resource with my friends and family to help them simplify their meal planning too!

Very amazing cookbooks, lots of tips to an easy meal prep, well written and a lots of good recipes, i've tried a few and it's definetely kids approved!
