As someone who knows absolutely nothing about wine but has a family full of people who prefer the nice and over the top drinks, this cookbook is such a lifesaver. I’m so thankful to have stumbled across this and start prepping for the weekly countdown that it provides in the book.

Overall, the book was great and looks tasty! I did really enjoy it. Thank you for this advance reading copy!

PERFECT!
Informative, fun, and beautiful to look at. The images that accompany the recipes are beautiful, I want to make them purely based on the beautiful pictures. And then the recipes themselves? Mouthwatering. I rarely even drink but this book has me wanting a fun glass of wine after a hard day's work.
I really had no idea that there were so many ways to drink wine. I thought it was just straight up or sangria. Boy was I wrong, and this recipe book proved that. I'm not a big fan of wine, but these recipes are changing my mind.

This book has some great ideas for cocktails when you want something with lower ABV amounts. Instead of spirit forward cocktail recipes, this book utilizes cocktails that are wine based - including wine, brandy, sherry, and cognac. There are some great spritzer recipes too! I also like the background on the bar ware that you'll need to make the cocktails. I am very excited to give some of these a shot. I thought the recipe for a single serving of sangria was genius, and I can't wait to make it.
Thanks to the publisher and netgalley for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

Love love this type of book. So many new recipes for Wine drinks. Love that the recipes are for each week of the year with very nice looking photos. I will definitely be looking at these recipes through the year to inspire me for a drink. Also, love the extra information about where the drink comes from or the history of the area. And the ways to make the syrups or extras for the drinks. Simple yet the extra details necessary for a tasty cocktail.

This is a great addition to the Cheers to the Week series. This book offers the perfect recipes for a midweek night cap. It's not too often that you come across a cocktail book offering low-ACV recipes. Wine can be intimidating and this book offers vibrant recipes that are easily accessible. The photos and details are beautiful! Would definetly recommend.

This is a lovely recipe book of cocktails that lean towards lower alcohol and single serve (hence the Wednesday reference to ensure things don’t get too messy mid week!)
Photography is beautiful throughout and usefully the book is categorised by season, with a different recipe for each week of the year.
The recipes themselves are appealingly simple (again a selling point for mid-week). The ‘Moscatto and Strawberry Slush’ has me sold, though really with this book I am spoiled for choice!
This is a book I would be delighted to have on display on my coffee table to add a touch of elegance.
My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

I absolutely love this collection of recipes. This would make the perfect the hostess gift, house warming gift, or a just because gift. Beautiful photography and easy-to-follow recipes.

Great cocktail book with a refreshing twist on wine cocktails! It starts off with great descriptions that are useful for building your bar. Each recipe is well laid out with beautiful pictures.
Thank you The Collective Book Studio for granting me an ARC!

I really enjoyed this recipe book. I found it detailed without being over complicated. It had just the right amount of recipes (one for each Wednesday of the year) without hitting the mental block of having too much choice.
Wine has been my favourite tipple, and too often you find the market oversaturated with mundane cocktail recipe books. This combines to give the best of two and feels just a little more grown up and classy. I can't wait to have guests over to try and few more out.
