This book is truly amazing.
I haven't finished the whole book yet, but this book and these tools will help me kick cigarettes. I didn't plan on quitting. I have read other quit smoking books and I didn't. I thought this would be the same: I'd read it, consider quitting, and yet not managing to quit.
This book is really different. The tools on the web site are different. This book makes me not only want to be a non-smoker, but makes me believe that I can do it.
