Description
Grace is young and has led a sheltered life. She hasn't yet taken much of an interest in men. It's only while doing an internship in London, where she meets the alluring Jonathan Huntington, that our sleeping beauty is awoken from her slumber. Jonathan is rich, incredibly attractive, and stems from British royalty - but he is a far cry from Prince Charming. He lures Grace ever deeper into his world of sinister passion, and she is sucked further and further into the maelstrom of her own growing desires. But when Jonathan demands she do the unthinkable to prove her love for him, she realizes just how dangerous her feelings for him are.
If you're a fan of E.L. James' "Fifty Shades of Grey" and Silvia Day's "Crossfire" series, then COLOURS OF LOVE will thrill your desire for sensual romance.
Even as a little girl, Kathryn Taylor wanted to write. She published her first story at age 11. After a few detours in life, she found her own happily ever after. Her first novel, UNBOUND: COLOURS OF LOVE has become a success with readers and critics alike. She has continued the series with UNCOVERED and UNLEASHED. Two more novels, SEDUCED and SURRENDERED are slated for publication in 2017.

I thought this book was hot, sexy and steamy. A very good erotic romance, yet also a sweet story of first love and all its trials and tribulations. I initially compared this to 50 Shades, but I have to say this was much better. The writing was better and I could identify with the characters more. I think all women can relate to Grace, the female lead of the story. She arrives in a new place for a new job and discovers her boss pushes all her buttons in all the right ways. The forbidden office romance trope is sexy as is our virgin heroine's initiation into a physical on relationship. This is the first book as Grace and Jon's tale was left with a lingering question. Can't wait to find out what happens next. This was definitely worth reading and I will pick up the next book as soon as it comes out.
'Colors of Love - Unbound' was a very hot read. Still fanning myself now. The aspect of the good girl getting a great work opportunity then falls for her boss, a cool rogue, while the rogue, her boss, finds something different in the good girl that sparks his interest, may not be a unique theme, it was well written.
All the secondary characters that voiced concerns over the girl getting involved with her boss time and again were evolving nicely. As this book was left off with a cliffhanger ending, I hope I will be able to find out how the story plays out sometime soon in the near future.
