Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this!

This book had some good ideas and recipes that I will definitely use in the future. I really can't wait to try the garlic and the pizza recipes. There are some things that seem a bit more complicated or like it would take longer to grill than cook in a regular stove. There's some vegetables that I know I don't like too. It's got some good recipes to balance it out though. Great for summer time!

Fully covering all aspects of grilling, this book is a must for grill lovers everywhere! From novice to expert, advice contained herein is comprehensive and invaluable. In addition, the recipes and techniques are provided in an easy to understand manner and will not disappoint. Recommended.
