This book had some good ideas and recipes that I will definitely use in the future. I really can't wait to try the garlic and the pizza recipes. There are some things that seem a bit more complicated or like it would take longer to grill than cook in a regular stove. There's some vegetables that I know I don't like too. It's got some good recipes to balance it out though. Great for summer time!
A terrific mix of recipes and cultures. With detailed instructions and history of both the good and techniques! Can't wait to try these st home!
