FABULOUS!! Wish I had this when I first started my pr career, this book is clear, concise and a must have for the office.
My children find it amusing that I like to read books about grammar. They think that grammar is a boring but necessary subject; however, I read the books as refresher courses to insure that my writing is the best that it can be. I also love English, and I really enjoy books like this.
If you could use a refresher course or are in need of help with grammar, this is a good place to start. The lessons are concise, interesting and easy to understand.
Introduction to grammar most likely aimed at native speakers of English. Could also possibly be a reference for a more advanced student of English.
I love this book. Creative and fun it sheds a whole new light on learning/strengthening your grammatical skills. Each chapter is fun and engaging, and I never imagined having so much fun learning!
This is a great tool for anyone looking to have and use better grammar, as well as a great refresher for those who've just grown a little rusty.
The scoop is a great learning tool and reference guide.
The little history lessons used as examples and added in are a great touch.
Great for use as a guide in classrooms for grammar or to brush up on your own sentence structure.
i would definitely recommend, and keep a copy on my shelf.
