Intriguing! Masterful! I dont know how to pronounce the title & probably never will, but what I read in the book, I was mesmerized
It's refreshing to me since I read books on mindfulness & took classes in it too. This book in its teachings, I can only hope to one day be able to wholly embrace it enough to get the benefits from it. I never heard of this, but I think all humans should try their best, at minimum, to be more forgiving of others and ourselves & im happy I got to get to read this. I hope to 1 day be able to fully understand & to embrace all that's been written in these pages
