First I'd like to say thank you to NetGalley and Ten Speed Press for allowing me an advanced digital copy. Secondly, I would like to say, WOW! What a fantastic cookbook. In the age of internet and recipes at everyone's fingertips, you would think cookbooks are a way of the past, but not so with this gem. Great recipes, wonderfully displayed pages, super tips, all broken down into various lengths of prep time. Bravo. A must for our library collection.
