Thank you NetGalley and Concord Publishing for this advance read. I was so highly impressed with this book. I have depression and anxiety...and I wonder about why I react, how I can help myself and where it comes from. The author covers this and links your symptoms to your past, and gives you easy to understand information that will help. I highly recommend this book.
Absolutely brilliant! Yes, there are stories of people, but those tales are quickly followed by information. The author keeps it moving, and includes real exercises you can do on your own. It didn't cure me, but it did pull me back from adark place by letting me feel in charge.
Willit work foryou? I don't know, but it won't hurt either.
Interesting book about Anxiety. As I have been suffering with anxiety for a long while and have had counselling I was aware of many of the issues discussed. I did learn some new things and it's definitely worth a read to gain further knowledge of anxiety issues.
