What would it be like if a cat ran a business? I think the author/artist nailed the answer to that!

Animal heads on human bodies creep me out, but I couldn't resist checking this one out. Business Cat looks so dapper in his suit! The 128 pages are filled with every Business Cat strip produced between January 7, 2014 and April 15, 2016, plus brand new material that is not available online. Most of the comic strips could all work individually, but there was also a story arc with Business Cat's nemesis, Business Pug. My favorite part was when Business Cat invites a few of his employees over to the house for dinner. The look of horror on their faces is priceless! This book is fun and amusing. It would be a great gift for the cat lover + corporate employee in your life!

Absolutely hilarious!

If you have read Business Cat on-line, here is a collection of the best strips, as well as, apparently, some new ones, to tie the stories together. If you have never read this, then you should check it out on line, and then go get this book.

If you have cats, if you know cats, if you work in any business, you will get the jokes in this book. It is not so funny that you roll on the floor, but it is spot on to the ways of cats and business, sometimes to the point of ridiculousness.

I'm wavering between a three and a four star, because although this is funny, it is not so funny that I laughed out loud, but it could be because the funniest strips I saw on-line, already.

An odd but funny collection of comics. The main character has a human body and a cat head. Although he is mostly human, he is subject to the whims of his feline nature so he demands food and belly rubs, uses a litter box in the executive office and gets stuck in trees.

Ah Business Cat, my favorite of all the business related animals.

I highly recommend all business students and entrepreneurs read this fun and informative book. You will become an A+ Business Human by following Business Cat's business habits.

This was actually a really cute and fun graphic novel. The majority of these comics can already be found on the internet, so if I'm being completely honest, I'm not sure if it would be worth paying for, but it was certainly fun!

4 out of 5 stars!

Hilarious. Even though is a bit strange to see a cat's head on a man's body, the result is pure genious. I have seen some of the little storyes on FB, so I really appreciate the chance to review this hilarious book. Any cat lover will appreciate the kirks of cats during all the book and will find themselves laughing like crazy. I know I did =^.^=

Oh my goodness some of the bits in this book were hilarious! Working in an office for me made it even more funnier as I could relate to the story. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

Business Cat: Money, Power, Treats is a collection of the Business Cat comics you may have seen floating around the internet - with added originals. I can only describe this as hilarious. As a huge lover of Business Cat, having all the comics in one place is great. It's 128 pages and a very easy read, but certain to put a smile on your face. If you haven't read the Business Cat comics before, be sure to check this out. Thank you to the publishers and Netgalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

My first book by this author. A book about business, a cat; specifically a business cat and the humor inherent in such a concept.

hehe - like, for example, a cat sitting calmly in his seat at his desk looking around, up, down, around, ten calmly reaching over and pushing a coffee cup off his desk. Why? Because he is a cat.

Or leaving a dead bird for an underling. Then calmly stating 'you've earned it.'

Or rubbing against the legs of a potential business partner - 'turning on the charm'.

Or sitting on the floor in the bathroom . . . right, I need to stop babbling like this.

A mostly funny book, though I personally might have enjoyed it better if it had actually been a cat instead of a human with a cat head in place of a human head. Plus, the guy's 'cat' is a cat with a human head - quite frankly that was super disturbing.

Some of the jokes wer quite hilarious, some were funny, some where meh. Depends on how they hit you at the time, of course - for whatever reason, the liter box in the dinning room that the cat headed person showed to his human guest - the expression on her face, and the expression on the face of her husband who was sitting at the table eating with her right behind him - struck me as hilarious at the time.

And some of the jokes were confusing. Like the cat sitting in a waiting room holding a magazine titled 'Body Shame'. Confusing.

Other than the few meh and or confusing strips, this is a rather humorous great book. Though I recommend reading it in smaller snippets than I did.

The cat in the gray flannel (furry) suit takes over corporate America, and hairball hilarity ensues. (Be forewarned--you might not want to accept his invitation to dinner.) My nephew introduced me to Business Cat on the Internet, so I was already a fan, but it’s nice to have the executive feline's adventures all in one new collection.

Business Cat walks the fine line between funny and disturbing, ultimately leaving readers a bit off balance. Why? Cats and billionaire CEOs have a lot in common. Both do exactly what they want when they want without worrying about the affect on their slaves (oops staff). Neither need to work, indeed, their “help” often causes more trouble than assistance. On the other hand what is cute about our cuddly furry felines is exactly what is disturbing about the powerful men who only care about how wealthy they are.

Business Cat is appealing because it is slyly subversive. It points out the extensive flaws of upper management while outwardly attributing it to Business Cat’s feline nature. Business Cat: Money, Power, Treats contains a nice variety of comics, covering the gamut of corporate issues. While seeing a CEO stuck in a tree or requiring that employees make the birds on youtube available to catch brings chuckles, it also reminds office workers of the distinct idiosyncrasies and the sometimes absurd demands of those in power.

I requested, downloaded and read this comic book in less than an hour, so... I guess you shouldn't expect a very long review.

Business Cat is precisely what it's title says - about a Cat CEO. Since I'm one of those people that like Dilbert, Garfield AND Texts from Mittens (wait, does that mean I have to go for the 'racial sensitivity training' thing? (; ), I was obviously going to read this book. And I was not disappointed.

This 130 page book is pretty short, but I chuckled quite a few times throughout it. I'm not a follower of the website, so I don't know how much new material there is. I did like the cat vs dog story (especially towards the end) and I really love how the cat CEO interacts with his employees. It's really funny.

There's really nothing much more I can say. I enjoyed it, and I'm guessing that if you like cats and business humour, you will too.

Business Cat is hilarious, the perfect mix of cat and manager! I love seeing how he deals with all the normal office situations, and how he gets out of the scrapes most cats seem to suffer from. His bemused expression never fails to make me laugh.

I am not sure what it is about the surreal cat headed business man who is more can than man that is just so hilarious, but I spent the entire 130 pages giggling. Especially over the drama with Howard...

I saw a lot of these comics in parts on the internet, but seeing conclusions to some and more in general made for an entertaining short read.

A funny book. It really is how a business cat would behave. This would make a fun gift for the cat lover in your life.

Work humor meets cat human in this super hilarious and surprisingly adorable comic book. as someone who owns a cat I found these all to be very realistic if not s bit exaggerated but that just made it better.

I love Business Cat! Thank you to NetGalley, Andrews McMeel Publishing and Tom Fonder for the ARC of Money, Power, Treats in exchange for an honest review.

I'd previously seen a few Business Cat cartoons online, and it is a great twist on the plethora of cat behaviour / 'cats are jerks' memes. The full book is brilliant. The observations are spot on and there's some nice background detail in the images (such as the magazine BC is reading at the doctor's/vet's). I also love Janet and Ted and very much look forward to the next installment.

A definite 5/5.

Business Cat is a hilarious look at business for cat lovers. What if a cat was a businessman? Even better, what if a cat was the CEO of a company? Can you imagine the hilarity that would result? This book is funny!

If a cat was the boss, his executive bathroom would be a litter box. He would have an employee to scoop out the litter box. The cat would hawk up hairballs on employees’ keyboards. He would curl up for a nap in an employee’s lap. Milk would be served at all meals.

Such are the funny situations you will encounter in this cute book. It is short and full of funny cartoons that will have you laughing your head off. I enjoyed it and, as a cat owner, I totally got it. If you love cats, or have ever owned a cat, you will understand and see the humor in this book. It’s a riot! I recommend it!

Hilarious & Strangely Relatable (5 stars)

Imagine a blend of Archer, Workaholics, and Garfield. This hysterical collection of comics had me in stitches from start to finish. As the owner (err... minion) of 3 cats I recognized a lot of the antics Business Cat gets up to but I think every office worker who has a demanding boss is sure to find the struggles relatable too.

If you need a gut busting laugh and don't loathe cats... this book is for you.

I've caught glimpses of Business Cat on the interwebs, but I've never really sought it out, despite being a major cat lover. But when I saw this book available on netgalley, I immediately snatched it up. Because cat lover.

These comics are hilariously quirky. I don't know that you have to be a cat lover to be amused by all of the shenanigans this CEO puts his employees and colleagues through (hairballs on the keyboard, demand for warm laps to sit on), but it certainly helps.

This really is an adorable comic strip. It pokes fun at the business world, and the world in general, and most of all, it pokes fun at how insane cat behavior really is.

I think my favorite was Business Cat quarantining the building because during a business presentation, the laser pointer appeared.

This was a silly fun read that any cat lover can appreciate. Thank you for the advanced copy.

The illustrations are very nice and colorful and the pages are not overcrowded. The text was easy to read (I read this in PDF format) and it was not over or under done.

The cat humour is right on. Even though I've read some Business Cat online before this book, I still stayed up giggling and comparing B.C.'s adventures to my own kitty's antics from beginning to end. It was a good length though, of course, I would've loved to read more. Hopefully we will see a sequel in the future with more Howard and of course Business Cat. <3

Business Cat is overall an excellent book for cat lovers and would make a great gift. I know at least 3 people who will now be getting this for Christmas this year. :)

I wasn't familiar with this online comic, but I'll be honest, I request anything with cat in the title (or often the cover). Think of it as a cross between uhm... well, Business Cat is definitely a unique feline! I wasn't sure what to expect, to my surprise I found the entire story arc to be enjoyable as long as I didn't stop to think too much about how some of the particulars would actually work in reality. Many panels had me giggling as they are definitely under the management of a cat! This is a fun quick read and would make a nice gift for anyone under feline management in your office.

Thank you to NetGalley for the review copy.

Business Cat: Money, Power, Treats starts with a cat in his office, a cup of coffee on his otherwise clean desk. He pushes it a little. Then a little more. Then a little more, And then it goes over the edge. So he picks up the phone, calls his assistant, and asks for another cup of coffee. How cat is that? Bringing cat to the office in new, fun, and occasionally disturbing ways, this comic stole my heart.
