I am so blessed to have received an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I have been suffering from bunions for the past year and have tried many inserts, wearing flats, etc. Nothing would ever relieve the pain and discomfort expect medication. After reading this book, I see my feet so differently. I learned more than I ever thought one could about the use and functions of our toes and how they are not our foot itself. While I gained a deeper understanding and view of my own feet, I am most appreciative of the stretching exercises contained in this book. I now have a reminder in my phone that goes off every evening reminding me to stretch my toes. The pain is already beginning to subside. Excellent book!!!
