I have been waiting for this book! Conversation is what all the books about your words and technology miss! We know the do's and don'ts but most people don't know how to put it all together! Supremely practical and a book I have a feeling I will come back to it again and again! Thanks!
I received a free, electronic copy of this self-help book from Netgalley, Russell Verhey, and Broadstreet Publishing Group in exchange for an honest review. Thank you, for sharing your hard work with me. I appreciate it.
And this book was an eye opener, from page one. Despite my many years, I have never simply sat back and studied the in's and out's of conversation as it wanders through my life. Russell Verhey has - and has shared with us the truisms he has refined from his studied experience. I would recommend this book to anyone in the social services, from pastors to police and everything in between. This is a book I will keep, and read again as needed.
