Don't miss the exciting sequel to the New York Times bestselling book Forget Tomorrow!
Sixteen-year-old Jessa Stone is the most valuable citizen in Eden City. Her psychic abilities could lead to significant scientific discoveries—if only she'd let TechRA study her. But after they kidnapped and experimented on her as a child, cooperating with the scientists is the last thing Jessa would do.
But when she discovers the past isn't what she assumed, Jessa must join forces with budding scientist Tanner Callahan to rectify a fatal mistake made ten years ago. She'll do anything to change the past and save her sister—even if it means aligning with the enemy she swore to defeat.

When I first started Remember Yesterday I was a bit disappointed. I had just finished and completely enjoyed its predecessor Forget Tomorrow, which was the perfect blend of a dystopian world, romance and lots of action. I initially found it jarring to have this story told from Jessa's point of view. Forget Tomorrow focused on Jessa's sister Callie and it was hard to to let her go. The change was hard and so was getting used to a whole new group of characters after falling madly in love with those from before.
Things didn't really pick up until the 20%-30% mark. Something just clicked and I was totally engaged. Events and characters from the previous book were now appearing and I could connect with it more. What I really wanted was to know more about Callie. The ending of Forget Tomorrow hurt my heart. It was shocking and while it's not fully resolved here, it deepens the mystery. The author did a really good job in blending in the backstory (events from book one) without sacrificing the fast pace or new ideas being introduced. Everything had a time and place. The reader was gently reminded about past events, but it never sounded like a play-by-play. I'm now even more invested in the story and its characters. The author has left enough plot lines unresolved that she could release a third book, which I totally want. Like badly want!
One of the things I loved about this book and the previous one was the super adorable romance. I'm totally a sucker for the whole we pretend to hate each other romance. And boy is there tons of that here. The sharp come backs, the swoony kisses...ahhh!!!! My heart just exploded with happiness. Seriously! I feel like I can't discuss much more about the plot or character or whatever. It's hard to discuss a sequel without giving too much away. I definitely don't want to spoil anything, especially not the first book because so much happens in it.
Also, I adore the cover. It's so pretty with the butterfly and colour scheme. It's completely different from what I'm used to seeing on YA books.
I can't believe I hadn't heard of the series until last month. I was really missing out. The series deserves a lot more hype than it has received. Remember Yesterday was the perfect sequel. You really need to read these books ASAP!

4 ½ stars
This book picks up 10 years after Callie plunged the needle into her chest, all the in the name of keeping her “little” sister (whom is really her twin that was just implanted into her mother ten years after Callie was born), Jessa, from the horrible fate that she sees in her future. In a world full of knowing the future and future visions of what life will be like for their society, a then 16 year old Callie thought she was salvaging a childhood for the then six year old Jessa – as well as the rest of the world by killing herself. As part of a “send/receive” team, as twins, Callie believes that it will break the cycle and keep Jessa and their mother safe. Even if it leaves them broken hearted – along with Callie’s boyfriend Logan and several others that had come to know Callie at Harmony, a safe community outside of Eden City that is for those gifted with talents.
But the now 16 year old Jessa is left feeling like the wrong sister died ten years ago – that it should have been her instead of Callie. Because of this, she tends to act out against the Committee of Agencies, or ComA. Her latest stunt is to release all the lab rats from the lab within ComA – which just so happens to be for an experiment for a boy her age, Tanner Callahan, whom is a ward of ComA as his parents were killed in an accident when he was six. And when Jessa gets bite by one of the rats, she becomes infected with a strange, unknown ability. At this point, Jessa feels it necessary to find out from Tanner just what she has been infected with, but the first meeting doesn’t go quite as Jessa expected. So when they start running into each other more and more, their friendship grows beyond just young scientist and juvenile delinquent …they become friends that share about their difficult childhoods, and beyond to possibly more – neither one is quite sure what to think of the other’s allegiance. And when Jessa finds out that Tanner is keeping a secret so major, it could literally change not only her whole life, but that of their entire worlds, it shakes Jessa to the core. But with additional digging into this new development, along with Chairwomen Dresden – the evil head of ComA and Tanner’s boss – Jessa finds a new reason to keep going, she knows she’s there is more worth finding. And with Tanner, her mother, and her other friends from Harmony, she knows that with love, anything can be done, even if it is a matter of life and death.
While I vastly enjoyed Callie’s story, I think I almost found Jessa’s story a little more enjoyable/ informative. I learned a lot more about Callie’s story through Jessa’s story, 10 years later. It amazes me how strong and smart both girls are – even more so seeing as they are twins – but they are different in one simple way...they each think the other will better serve the future than the other. This surprised me in ways I didn’t think possible. They are both very giving, loving, courageous, and smart, but it’s their love for each other – for their twin – that makes that strength shine so true in both of their stories. I simply can’t WAIT to see what happens when their stories really collide in the next book – they are both older and more mature, so I could totally see a multiple POV tale in store for the Stone girls!
I really liked this, even better than the first book. While book one ended on a surprising note, book two has even more twists and surprises. The series is classed as dystopian and, while it has many of the traits of all the many dystopians I've read, it also has sci-fi elements. I didn't really feel like I was able to fully wrap my head around that in the first book, but the second book helped pull things together and helped me to better understand it. I'm excited to see where the third book takes us!
Part one ended on such a sad note, and I was really hoping that it would be taken back at the beginning of the sequel, however as we learn from the first sentence, that doesn't happen. Instead, the dynamic relationship we had in the first book is more than made up with... well I can't say what relationship cause spoilers.
Overall, this is a perfect sequel to Forget Tomorrow, if not even better. Mrs. Dunn brings her A-game, and her characters are still the strongest feature of the text. Still a fun read. I loved it
"love is timeless."
I read Forget Tomorrow and I was looking forward to continuing the saga. Of course, I didn't read the blurb. I wanted to be surprised....and OMG...was I shocked. This book was Fantastic!
It has been ten years since Logan helped Jessa escape and Callie did what she thought was best for the world. Jessa is now a seventeen-year-old teenager. She passes her time with her best friend Ryder and doing what she can to save and free the mice from the lab experiments. She misses her sister dearly and she's trying to improve her relationship with her mother.
When Jessa is bitten by one of the enhanced mice, it seems to amplify her power. Jessa starts receiving a vision and she knows she must pursue it. To get to this area, she will enlist the help of Tanner Callahan, a boy her age but also a scientist making him her enemy. It doesn't matter that he seems to have a heart, has a fine body and makes her feel new things.
Tanner Callahan lost his parents when he was too young. The only life he knows is the one he was taught to care for. Science is his mantra. Enter Jessa and now Tanner is not sure what's right anymore.
"you matter too much for me to pretend what we had was nothing."
Remember Yesterday is so good! I was hooked to the pages. It was a thrilling ride that I didn't want to end. Pintip Dunn has created an amazing world building it with multidimensional characters. I love the action, the suspense and the romance in this novel. It had everything I want in a fantasy world.
Jessa was an extraordinary young girl. It was a piece of cake to root for her. She was smart and caring. She had her insecurities but they were all based on the information she had. Her love for her sister is strong and beautiful.
Oh...Tanner.. Sexy Tanner.. with great Abs Tanner and super Smart Brain Tanner. He was the perfect match for Jessa. He made me swoon for most of the book. I adored him.
“You stay the boy you were meant to be. I wouldn’t change a thing about you. You hear?
Not. A. Single. Thing.”
I need the next book ASAP. I hope I don't have to wait a year to read the next book.
5/5 Fangs

I want to thank Netgalley, Entangled an Pintip Dunn for giving me the chance to read this book for an honest review
First off, in order to really understand this book it is better to have read the first book...otherwise it will be slightly confusing because Forget Tomorrow does lay the backstory for you....
I really really enjoyed this book! It kept me on my toes an by the time I got to the end I was shocked! The author left it open enough for a 3rd book (crossing my fingers on this one) which I am really really hoping comes out. Remember Yesterday starts 10 years after Jessa's sister saves her from FuMA, an throughout the book Jessa keeps feeling like the wrong sister lived but she finds out that wasn't the case. She is able to not only save her sister but find out what her purpose in the visions really is.
