We accept requests from booksellers, reviewers and media professionals, librarians, and educators, but we reserve the right to accept or decline requests on a case-by-case basis. We are more likely to approve requests from NetGalley users who: --Provide an affiliation in the "company" field (whether company, publication, bookstore, school district, library or library system, blog, etc.) --Include an e-mail address in their Public Bio --Already receive print galleys from us --Have above average outreach to a significant audience of readers/evaluators/purchasers of books (such as librarians, teachers, booksellers, or book bloggers with an active following) Are librarians or booksellers who: --Are also bloggers, tweeters, or otherwise instrumental in book-talking --Already receive print galleys Are bloggers/reviewers who: --Include a link to their regularly updated website/blog --Include information about their "reach" or online presence (such as number of unique visitors and commentators per month) --Blog about content relevant to the book being requested (i.e. a sci-fi/fantasy blog requesting a romance novel is unlikely to be accepted) --Blog in the English language, and are based in the United States. --Have been actively reviewing for six months or more --Share their e-mail addresses in their public bio, so that we can follow up --Send us a review within NetGalley, noting name of the publication/blog/outlet where your review will be published/posted, a link (for blog/online reviews), and the run date for when the review will be posted/published * Please note that galleys will be released to blogger reviewers approximately two months prior to publication date, not before (regardless of when the title is requested). You must be located in the US and work for a US-based store, library, website, blog, or publication. We respectfully request that consumer and blog reviews not be published earlier than 30 days prior to the book's pub date. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
