Reviewers & Influencers:
• Please include direct links to reviews or social media accounts. Links must be active, and at least one of the accounts that you link to in your profile must be set to public.
• Your book blog or social media profiles have been established and active for 6 months or more and you have 500+ followers.
• You regularly update your book blog or social media profiles with book reviews, author interviews, or book discussion threads and your posts generate reader interaction (comments, likes, retweets, etc.).
• You must be active on NetGalley by submitting feedback and/or keeping your profile up-to-date. While your feedback ratio does not have to be over a certain percentage, when a title receives a high volume of requests, a low feedback ratio could contribute to your request being declined.
• Please provide information on the number of unique visitors you receive in a given month and on the current standing of your following on your blog and/or social media platforms.
• Please note that solely posting to review sites no longer warrants approvals without a blog or other social media platform. Priority will be given to individuals who have more than just Goodreads or Amazon in their profiles.
Librarians:
• Harlequin Trade Publishing accepts librarians who manage the purchasing.
• Please include the name and location of your library as well as your position.
Booksellers:
• Harlequin Trade Publishing accepts booksellers who manage the purchasing of fiction as well as general booksellers.
• Please include the name and location of your bookstore/e-tailer as well as your position.
Educators:
• Harlequin Trade Publishing accepts educators who manage the purchasing of fiction within the school system.
• Please include the name and location of your school as well as your position.
If your request is approved, you must:
• Send us your review within NetGalley.
• When you send us your review in NetGalley, you must: include the name of the publication/blog/outlet/social media account where your review will be published/posted, a link (for blog/online reviews), and the run date for when the review will be posted/published.
• If you do not post a review, please tell us why via NetGalley. Please note that if you do not submit reviews via NetGalley it does affect your feedback ratio, which could affect whether you’re approved for future titles.
