What i love about this book its not just recipe.
Diana has written so much great information it's more than just a cook book.
It takes you on a learning journey of discovery of food.
Educating about new foods and foods that you can still enjoy if you change the process and ingredients.
For example using Coconut oil instead.
If you have a health condition or allergies or are thinking of changing the way you eat then this book is perfect.
It's not about the next fad diet craze this is about changing the way you perceive food and learning to enjoy food again by making simple changes.
You might not be up for making the complete change and that's ok too but know there are some delicious recipes that everyone can enjoy and benefit from.
