While the target audience for the Narwhal series might be younger than my 5th graders, I would recommend this for anyone. It's such a fun, cute read that will make you smile. Narwhal decides to be a superhero and isn't phased by any problem, not even when he realizes he doesn't know what his super power is. He just keeps doing what he's always done- helping his friends in the sea. I hope there will be more in the series.

I was so excited to see a new Narwhal book available, as I reviewed the first a few months ago and was totally enchanted. The new installment is no exception, and continues to be a super (no pun intended) cute book for readers of all ages. Chock full of endearing story and fun facts, the book follows the adventures of the enthusiastic Narwhal and his buddy, a jellyfish called Jelly, as they enter the exciting world of superhero-dom. There are naysayers, including the crabby Crab, and even their own doubts, but through it all, they stick together as good friends should.

Bonus points for some quality puns throughout!
