Description

Two conspiracies coil around Washington DC and the White House, each with a world-shaking outcome. One looks to change America. The other to destroy it.

Jim Foster is the lone survivor of an American SEAL team who is now being held hostage after his unit was overrun on a mountain top in Afghanistan. He is the last man alive with knowledge of a high ranking US administration official having meetings with leaders of jihadist terrorist organizations.

Former US Army Ranger and current CIA operative Gordan Hudde searches Syria for the newest offshoot of Al-Qaida. His accidental discovery of Foster and his heroic one man rescue means that now two men hold this potentially explosive information.

Hudde swears Foster to secrecy while he attempts to verify the information. The plans appear to come straight out of the administration. His investigation takes him from Washington DC to the mountains in Turkey.  But with little time left to derail the plans, who will believe him? Will America be changed forever or destroyed?

CIA Operative Hudde stumbles on a SEAL that has been kidnapped. He becomes the one man rescue team. Before being kidnapped the SEAL saw the President of the USs right hand man meeting with a middle eastern terrorist. Hudde convinces the SEAL to leave that information out of his report and he sets off to figure out what is happening. This story contains twists and turns that determine whether the United States will continue to exist. The author did a great job of catching my attention right from the beginning and keeping it right to the end. When I finished reading I promptly went looking for more of this series. I will be reading the next book soon. If you love a good suspense novel this books for you. I recommend this book.

I suffer from "SEAL fatigue" so I started this prepared for the same old save the day stuff being cranked out daily. I was pleasantly disappointed with a truly twisting tale of intrigue and a CIA operative (Hudde) with some possible potential. The one other negative is the 210 pages, you are barley warmed up before it is done. Read this one.
