Children’s Discovery Atlas

This book is a cute reference book for kids. The illustrations are bright and elaborate. Kids will have fun going through this book and learning about each continent.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I like how it has maps, fun pictures, interesting facts. It's a nice book - wish the review version of it was complete.
Nathan, age 8
I working with a little kiddo that loves this book. He thought it was a fun book to look at and loved the information. Thank you NetGalley for allowing me to read this book.
Fantastic read for children. This book was loved by my 2 children when I read it to them. So much so they want me to buy it so definitely a huge hit
The copy I viewed was incomplete, pictures were nice and showed some detail but was unable to see the text, in sure the complete version would be better tho
This appears to be an excellent atlas for children. However, sadly, much of the text did not appear when I opened the book on Bluefire reader.
This is a great little atlas. Beyond just the location of countries, it identifies different biomes, key facts about regions, major attractions and exports. Really well presented.
I personally enjoyed reading all non-fiction books published by the publisher. "Children's Discovery Atlas" is a wonderful book about continents and geography for young readers between age 8 to 13. There are plenty of information for readers to learn about different regions (i.e. landmarks, biome, animals, cultures, demography and etc.) However, there are plenty of similar books out there and this one does not stand out distinctively. At the end of the day, consumers' personal tastes, choices and budgets would be their primarily factors which dictate their final purchases. In terms of contents and values, though, "Children's Discovery Atlas" is definitely a quality choice but it certainly is not the most economic option out there. Personally, I would be glad to add this title to my home library. 4.5 stars!
