Description
Life is a journey. And even though everyone’s journey is different and unique, we all share one thing that binds us together—our search for self-acceptance and self-love.
Half the time, we feel like we have no idea what we’re doing—and that’s okay. It’s something that author and Instagram artist Tori Press knows all too well. In I Am Definitely, Probably Enough (I Think), Press uses the power of image to tackle the major themes in her life that keep her from loving herself—questions about self-worth, fluctuating self-esteem, anxiety, depression, external pressures from society, body image, and so on. She may not have all the answers, but she’s trying, and half the time that’s all that really matters.
Practicing self-love takes patience, devotion, and a little bit of heart. Now you can be inspired by the honest advice and understanding Press provides to help you continue, or even start, your own journey to self-love.

This was a wonderful quick read. It’s about a woman that has anxiety and depression. It’s about her journey of learning to love herself and her work. She talks about her growth and her regression in this. The illustrations are so whimsical and it was just so relatable. A feel good book
This was a great jump start to self love! Cannot recommend this book enough!
Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Somehow Tori looked into my brain, she read my mind, gave words to my thoughts, accompanied it with pictures and published it in this perfect book.
I want to make reading this book a weekly ritual.
As someone who struggles with anxiety and has gone through the entire cycle multiple times, I can totally relate to her.
While reading this book, all I could think was this: let's be friends Tori.
Wow is all I can say. Loved it. The book is sheer perfection.
I received a digital copy from NetGalley.
This was a really fun book with the cutest illustrations. I loved the positive message of reminding us we are enough. I highly recommend this quick read.
I received this book form NetGalley and Tori Press for an honest review.
This is a charming, lovely little book that tells of the author's struggles with depression and anxiety through colorful, paradoxically cheerful pages. Press talks about her past with honesty and a bit of humor, using colorful text and cartoon illustrations. She goes into how therapy helped and what to expect (and not) from therapy, and is reassuring and vulnerable as she talks about the ups and downs and constant evolution of being a person with some serious issues who is learning to embrace herself and find some peace and joy. This will be relatable to many people, and it walks a line nicely in being encouraging and cheerful but not patronizing or minimizing.
If ever there was a cheerful little book about sometimes debilitating depression and anxiety, this would be it.
I read a digital ARC of this book for the purpose of review.
Thank you NetGalley and publishers for an ARC.
Thus is a wonderful and encouraging read! Full of positivity and acknowledgment of emotions, Press shares her raw, honest self and it is refreshing. Many self help books are centered around finding a solution, but this book does not share a "just do this" mentalitly. Acceptance of who you are, unique and beautiful, should not need to change to please others. Also the awareness of our hurt and insecurities was very powerful!!
I would recommend this to those feeling lonely, isolated, happy, and joyful!! It is also full of great illustrations.
Tori's work makes me feel seen and known. This book was so relatable; I kept showing my husband pages that I identified with! I'll definitely come back to this one again and again.
This book was received as an ARC from Adams Media in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.
I am going to keep saying over and over that I LOVE THIS BOOK! This book was so brilliantly constructed and brilliantly written that it was just what the doctor ordered. I loved the colorful word art and the approach Tori Press took in writing this book was genius. Everyone no matter how old will benefit in some way shape or form will benefit from this book. All of us have that voice in your head that you have to be perfect in order to be happy in life and the truth is, YOU DON'T and Tori does a remarkable job conveying that in her own way.
We will consider adding this title to our Self Help collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this ARC in echange for an honest review.
4.5 stars of I'm enough!
This book came in a good moment and I'm so grateful for this opportunity. It made me feel positive about myself.
The book is about the author's self journey to self love and her struggles with anxiety, depression and self doubts. I found this book so encouraging in believing that all these things are part of you being a human and in spite of everything, you still can be happy and be loved and create your own happy nest . If we came to life with its map or guide and living without fights, challenges and difficulties, life won't be interesting at all.
The main issues that the author talk about here in this book touch mainly women such as self image, being perfect and so on, also about the process of going through therapy.
This book was so amazing due to the illustrations that made it so much fun to read, even if the topics were real life serious, it was a good idea. Also, it was short and clear . I'm always reluctant when it comes to read self help books with 300 pages of words and words. It gets boring and tiresome, we just want the most important points of how to do best or be/feel better not a thesis.
I hope that the author will be working on other books like this one that I will be really happy to read and share her good and positive ideas with others.
This is a lovely, honest, and inspiring little book.
I received an ARC from NetGalley. The book will be released on November 10, 2020.
This book is such a gift. As if Tori's Instagram account wasn't enough inspiration for the masses, now we are lucky enough to have her beautiful drawings and words in physical form - I can't wait for my book to arrive, but this e-ARC will hold me over for now. Tori's words and drawings take us on a journey through her emotional experiences with anxiety, depression, and generally being a human. Her handwriting is SO visually pleasing on its own, let alone when combined with the gorgeous watercolors that look like they were created by a particularly artistic rainbow. Reading this e-ARC was a whole visual experience and I feel calmer for having looked at her creations. Not to mention, the messages she shares are so applicable and uplifting. She uses some lovely metaphors to get at the heart of how we ALL feel sometimes (e.g. mental pressure cooker). I could go on and on, but my words don't do Tori's work justice. Get it for yourself, and then pat yourself on the back - you deserve it. Thank you Tori Press, Adams Media, and NetGalley for the e-ARC in exchange for my honest review. 5/5 stars.
Huge thank you to Tori Press . Sometimes we are hard on ourselves and we drive ourselves up a hill but thankfully this book helped me calm down and slow down a bit because it was quite a ride. I recommend it if you like a book that's easy to read,is great to look at (look at that cover) and has life-changing advice
I saw my self in this book and I love the idea of giving my self grace to be ",ish." Clean-ish, perfect-ish. "I have a shadow. She lived with me. She judges me. She says terrible things to me." - we've all been here.
I absolutely love this book! Beautiful colors and pictures that go along with the story of finding self-love. A great reminder to be kind to ourselves, accept ourselves where we are and let go of perfectionism. The author reminds us that we don't have to be perfect- rather we can strive for "ish". We eat healthy- ish, do self care-ish and so on. Our lives are a journey and we will always have some doubts and struggles and that's OK because we are all human and none of us are perfect. Thank you to NetGalley and Adams Media for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

5 worthy stars!
Wow. I really need to contact my bookstore so I can buy a copy of this because people, it's that good. It almost made me teary in parts because some things, ok the majority of all, of what Tori says is so relatable to me. I really enjoyed the layout of this as it made it a fun read. It's a cross between a graphic novel and picture book. So easy and quick to read but a pretty special book in my mind. We all could do with the positive self talk, especially this year. I highly recommend this, especially for those with anxiety and low self esteem.
This is a sweet and inspiring book with great pictures perfect for those who already love the author's @revelatori Instagram account and those just discovering it. I especially love the positive light on mental health, therapy and personal growth . This book will help you feel heard, accepted, and validated- and that you are enough.
Many thanks to Adams Media and NetGalley for the advance copy .
I thought that this was such a great book and it left me with a lot of positive thoughts.
It was well written and easy to read and follow. I liked the points that were highlighted and the focus on anxiety, stress and depression as at the moment in my role at work I am dealing with this more and more and I have definitely seen an increase in the number of cases and it does affect me at times too. This book reassures you that you are not alone in your thoughts too, which is sometimes something you need to be told even though you do already know it!
I take anti-anxiety tablets and I am not ashamed of that to help me get through the day at both work and at home and I do feel I would have struggled more with this over the lockdown and this book has given me motivation and it is a book that I would pick up more than once too.
It is 5 stars from me for this one, it was wonderful from start to finish and it is definitely one that I will be recommending! Very highly recommended!
The title itself made me excited to read the book! Anxiety, depression and several other Mental Issues have become very common these days but what hasn't been normalised is treating them with care and also going to a therapist. It's high time we did that. And this book manages to put forward it's point! It's okay not to be okay! It's okay not to perfect! It's okay not being the BEST and it's okay if we see a Therapist. The book is a quick read and is full of colourful illustrations. I loved the way the author has kept it fun yet the point is conveyed in a beautiful way! This is a book which can be and should be read by everyone right from teenagers because thanks to the increasing competition and criticism in today's world, we must know that It's Okay to Be Perfect-ish !
As someone that also suffers from low self-esteem depression and anxiety, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The author's use of colorful pictures and cartoons to help with telling about her journey with depression and anxiety. I also like that she was so open about what to expect and not expect from therapy, as so many have no idea what therapy actually is. I am definitely recommending this one to people!
Thank you NetGalley for giving me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I absolutely love the simplicity of this cover!
What an IMPORTANT book. Seriously. Buy yourself a copy of this book. Buy a copy for your best friend. Buy one for a stranger. EVERYONE needs to kn ow they're enough.
As a person who never feels good enough...what an amazing read. This really hits home and i will be recommending this to everyone i know
Artist Tori Press has a gorgeous instagram account @revelatori showcasing her artwork & now her first book is out in the world! ‘I Am Definitely, Probably Enough (I Think)’ is a quick, short read that pairs her beautiful artwork with her thoughts on living with anxiety. This gift book is a self-care read that will make other people with anxiety feel like they’re not the only one who experiences the world a little differently than they’d ideally live it. I read it one afternoon. I thought it was wonderful & would appeal to people of all ages who’ve thought about their anxiety. It would make a lovely gift for yourself or someone you care about.
Thank you to NetGalley for the complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
This book was very relatable to someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, and just self love in general. I think this would be a very good book for young adults especially.
